Tanzania

Traveling to Tanzania is not something I will experience again in the near future, after my visit as a bachelor student in the dry season of 2010, studying hand preference in cute little monkeys.

However, I will now supervise a new delegation of bachelor students that will study patterns of gap regeneration in the African savannah. I will stay at home and provide the scientific support, while I daydream about the beauty of the country.

It is also in Tanzania that I met the impressive Apopo-project, where they train rats to find land mines.
